Here we don’t do dry…
Meatball Recipe:
Ingredients:
1.5-2 lb Ground Beef (85/15)
2 tbsp minced Parsley
1 tbsp minced Garlic
1 diced Onion (Caramelized)
1 Egg
⅓ cup grated Parmesan
½ cup Italian Bread Crumbs
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form into 3 oz meatballs. Set aside.
Transfer the meatballs to a lined baking tray and bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes. Once cooked through, add them to marinara sauce and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve with freshly cooked pasta or crusty bread. Enjoy!
Tip: Caramelize your onions before adding to ground beef, adds another layer of flavor to the meatballs. Perfect for those who don’t like onions and adds alittle sweetness to the balls hehe
Storage Tip: Cooked meatballs can be frozen in a ziplock bag for up to 3 months. Bake straight from the freezer—no need to thaw!
